THE RESORT AT PAWS UP NAMED 2008 GRAND AWARD WINNER
BY ANDREW HARPER

Greenough, Montana (January 31, 2008) – The Resort at Paws Up in Montana received special recognition
in Andrew Harper’s Hideaway Report, as one of four North American properties honored as a 2008 Grand
Award Winner.

“It is an honor to receive recognition from one of the travel industry’s most respected publications,”
commented Terre Short, general manager of The Resort at Paws Up. “It’s no surprise that a sophisticated
traveler like Mr. Harper found us, and we’re excited to have passed his discerning evaluation,”
continued Short.

Larry Lipson, owner of The Resort at Paws Up added, “We’re pleased to see Paws Up recognized by a
prestigious publication such as the Hideaway Report. Since opening, it was our goal to become known as
a luxurious retreat with friendly, five-star service and a place to create memorable experiences for
privileged travelers around the world. We are very proud of Andrew Harper’s recognition.”

In his detailed review of The Resort at Paws Up, Harper describes how the resort’s expansive private
homes, unique tented accommodations, authentic gourmet meals and western adventure activities are
“second to none.” The famed Tent City catches his attention as “a more immediate experience of
Montana’s great outdoors with little diminution in creature comforts.”

Andrew Harper’s Hideaway Report is recognized the world over as the ultimate authority on luxury travel.
Started 28 years ago, the Report is an independent monthly publication aimed at affluent and sophisticated
travelers, chiefly corporate presidents and CEOs. Traveling incognito with no outside support, it offers a
completely unbiased evaluation of the vacation experience. For more information about Andrew Harper’s
